Team of the Week

And well deserved it is too!

Not lóng before the international call up if you ask me. Class, pure class.

When you said team of the week I thought you may have had SZFC in mind.

Another strange choice. He by no means had a bad game but the general consensus was that both Bentley and Guttridge outshone him on Sunday.

Hmmmm, smacks of ORM having an input to team of the week.

Gutts, Edwards and Hunt were also exceptional and must have been close to team of the week.

Hunt was like a man possessed, certainly MOM for me, thought Maher had a poor first half but improved vastly in the second. Guttridge and Benno were both better for me, but yet another goal set up by a cross from Maher and his record in that department can't be argued with.

I agree with Mikey, Edwards was superb yesterday. Barrett and Hunt did well too in defence and Maher and Guttridge both had good games in the middle.

Hunt was my MoM too but no-one had a poor game did they ?That saving tackle near the end was superb , Lewis had no right to get to that ball seeing as their player was originally between Hunt and the ball, inside the box !! Class.

Tony Gale on the Sky commentary made the point that Commons had only got away from Hunt because Hunt had been sleeping. Personally, I'm with you - great last ditch tackle, could easily have been a penalty and a red card.

Maher was my MOM, his overall performance was yet again superb, always making himself available, his sense of danger covering for the back four. When he's not in the team he is so missed. Superb work rate, keep it up Kevin.

Hunts was with Derby as youngster was he not? I bet he would have been doubly fired up for the Forest game.

maher was outstanding but credit has to go to the whole team everyone of them played with real pride and passion something which the team has missed in recent seasons.
