Taylor vs Wade ... Part 3

BLUEBLOOD

Moderator of Moderators
Tomorrow night Phil Taylor (who beat Dennis Priestley 17-8) and James Wade (who slaughtered Wayne (Kerr) Mardle 17-5) meet in the final of the World Matchplay Championship ... basically the 2nd most prestigious tournament in darts

It'll be the 3rd time they've met in a televised final this year, after Taylor won both The Premier League and The Desert Classic he will deservedly start favourite, but if Wade plays like he did tonight it could be a very interesting match indeed

I only hope i miss it, as it'll mean i'll be watching Essex in the T20 Cup Final instead !!!!

C'mon Essex .. C'mon Taylor

He'll need to start winning some decent tournaments before he could ever be classed as a legend. Hawaiian shirts and a catchy walk-on song do not a darting legend make.

suppose but that did not stop some fools on here going mad for Drewe Broughton

outragous bullseye finish from Taylor. This bloke is as far ahead in his sport as Schumacher and Woods.

Quality Bulls Eye indeed to finish this final by Taylor! Indeed there is no-one to touch him at the moment.

Wade is a plonker tbh, Ronnie Baxter wound him up royally by saluting the balcony when he won a leg after Wade had done the same after a 10 darter. He then went on to take 6 legs on the trot. Priceless!
