I have no idea how RK knows this, but i assume if he comes out with that on national radio there has to be an element of truth to it. If it is so,i was quite shocked that 14 clubs have this problem.

The other week two TalkSport presenters implied that a man suffering depression should stop being sad and get on with it. TalkSport is The Daily Star of the airwaves, and anything reported by them should be taken with a pinch of salt.
 
Oldham and Accrington have been in the press recently for late/non-payment of players.
I imagine the PFA would be aware of the clubs involved. No doubt Richard Keys has contacts within the PFA.
 
I think this shows how hard it is for clubs to survive and the fact Ron has kept us going for whatever reason, I think is an achievement in itself.
