Meh, that's only stage one.
During the 1970s the US Army carried out extensive, top secret experiments involving staring at goats.
Making them faint was only stage one, or something.
The ultimate goal was to try and get their hearts to stop and kill them, just by staring at them. It was all part of some psychic experiments run by some bloke called Jim Channon, and his self styled "Earth Battalion", which - to some success - tried to incorporate a load of hippy new age sh*t into the army.
The results of these experiments are still classified military secrets, but Jon Ronson wrote a pretty interesting book about it, called The Men Who Stare At Goats, which is worth a read.
