First of all I'd like to apologise for posting this thread here but after a close look at the various forums on the site I couldn't see an obviously more appropriate place for it.
The week after the Leicester home game back in April, I ordered an item from the SZ Shop as a gift for a friend in Southend.
On Monday I was suprised to learn in an e-mail from my mate that he hadn't received the item I'd paid for via PayPal some time ago.Thinking that maybe I hadn't actually ordered the item at all, I re-ordered it, only to find that when I checked my records that I had indeed ordered and paid for the item back in April.
Naturally I sent an e-mail to the SZ Shop on Monday explaining the situation and asking for the repeat order to be cancelled.
Despite trying to contact the SZ Shop on several occasions since this week at info@shrimperzone.com I still haven't received a reply to my original e-mail.
It would be nice to hear that my original order will be sent on to my mate asap,to get some explanation for the delay in sending out the order in the first place and to get an aknowledgement that the repeat order will be cancelled as I requested.
Incidentally I was in contact with The ShrimpersTrust website shop earlier this week and received an e-mail in reply from them within 24 hours.So customer service ELSEWHERE in Bluesland is not dead.
