interesting start in the crucial Division 4 clash...

Welcome to Pettefershire CCG for the match between Pettefershire CCC and Napster's XI.

We can tell you that Pettefershire CCC won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this partially cloud day.

End of Over 11: 56-3, runrate=5.09
Stevenson 1-0-4-0
Sutherland* 15 (11 balls)
Back 3 (5 balls)
Last Wicket: Jefferson c. Rautenbach b. Noble 26 (FOW: 51/3)

End of Over 27: 132-3, runrate=4.89
Nico 4-1-15-0
Back* 45 (47 balls)
Sutherland 47 (65 balls)

no more wickets but pulling the RR back in after being carted around the park between overs 10-20. Nico has done well, considering his 1st over went for 11...

Fair old match going on in the DIBS v BATTY family tussle:

End of Over 8: 27-3, runrate=3.38, reqrunrate=1.52 (90-10)
Allen 4-0-19-1
Judd* 15 (26 balls)
Bradley 0 (1 balls)

Last Wicket: Mohammed b. Allen 0 (FOW: 27/3)

conceded too many runs here, methinks...

End of Over 50: 268-10, runrate=5.36
Nico 9-1-59-3
Van niekerk* 0 (0 balls)

49.1 W Nico to Woodgate
Woodgate has hit that deliberately over cover. But wait...Stevenson has made a superb diving catch. OUT!

oh dear.... well at least we're keeping up with the run-rate

End of Over 6: 32-3, runrate=5.33, reqrunrate=5.39 (268-10)
Lucas 3-0-14-1
Rautenbach* 1 (1 balls)
Gobern 8 (4 balls)
Last Wicket: Rieger b. Lucas 14 (FOW: 23/3

yeah yeah.... well played. tried out a few things but let down by some crappy top-order batting on the day. good luck for the rest of the season, i suppose :p

cheers, you, too - Mackin did well for you - he'll do well this season!

hopefully- that's the first time this season he's actually taken a bunch of wickets despite technically being my best bowler, gave him different orders today which seem to have done the trick. am 3rd in my OD league at the minute on RR, but i've only lost to the leaders and beat the team in 2nd by 99 runs. good game today anyway, i was worried we were going to get skittled out for sub-150 at one point.
