Surveyor

I live in a shared ownership place with my wife and we want to staircase to 100%. We need a valuation, so I need a RICS-qualified surveyor. Anyone got any ideas how to pick between them? There's loads of them around and I don't know how to choose. Any ideas?

Watching this with interest, I'm doing something very similar soon.

You could ask the consortium who they used for Roots Hall?

Hi - we have a very good and thorough RICS surveyor we recommend, his name is David Broad and his company is Box Residential.

https://boxresidential.co.uk/

If you'd be so good as to mention me (Kay from Williams & Donovan), then I will get a little drinky poo off the back of the recommendation, if you use him! Won't pretend otherwise, and, if you go ahead, then I will happily split that with the Zone.

I don’t believe David is a registered valuer. Which you may need for a staircase valuation.
