As today is my birthday my children, (gawd bless em) decided to buy me a book titled, 'How to support a crap football team'. Seems that even under 9's have a sense of humour.

The book was published in Romford and printed in Hockley and so, many of the points within could well be Southend orientated.

Anyhow I shall get the last laugh as they will soon to be bitten by the bug and destined to support a 'crap' team too.
