Greetings - as an exiled Shrimper for some time now, I've found myself a home amongst a few other supporters groups in the local pub. These range from the larger followings of EPL and the Scottish big guns, to smaller groups including that of Plymouth. All of which have their own associated logo, social media groups, etc. I've been a regular in the same establishment which houses the West Ham group which is always a great way to meet a few folks who have frequented Roots Hall, at least.
My question is, is there anything stopping me from establish a Southend supporters group linked to my location? Would I need to contact the club to ask for permission?
