right, im not being funny but i am a 15 year old boy, you could read this post and laugh and choose to ignore what im saying, or you could agree with me.
yes ovbiously the club are in the ****! we can all see that and so can other clubs, we are the laughting stock of the league at the moment, and all these depressing posts are begining to anoy me, yes im a realist i know we are in trouble but still i shall stick to the blues and cheer them on every game come league 1, championship, league 2, even non league, we are seriously being laughed at by other fans around the league, so lets go up north as many as we can on saturday and show the league what we are about, lets show that we have the best fans in the country and that we will stick by our club through thick and thin.
so untill we know for deffinate what will happen to us, lets forget about it and consentrate on the footbal i mean look we have the leagues top scorer in our team a younge frank mouuuusaa who come through the sufc system and a captin that anyteam would be proud of he is southend through and through(not many teams can say that)

so lets get right behind the blues starting with the long trip up north tomorrow.

Possibly a touch optimistic, but yes you are right.

Our role is to support our club through thick and thin, good times and hard times. Our predicament is no worse than other clubs at our level who are finding times hard in the recession. We are not as bad off as Accrington (who are skinter than me), but just look at Bournemouth for inspiration.

Tad OTT in my opinion. Our image is no different than it has been historically I would imagine. Clubs in our league know the score, they know the struggles, the ups and downs and more than not are in the same boat... some maybe even worse (Tranmere, Wycombe, Stockport for example).

As for supporters of other clubs laughing at us... so what... we laugh at them. It's just the nature of being fans.

Otherwise, I agree with the spirit of your post.

Or we could form a group called say "Essex Reds", organise coach trips each week & go to see Manure! Can't think who inspired me to think of that? :thump: :whistling:
