Seems to be a varied view on supporting/sacking the manager, certain players,new stadium, GK etc, but presumably we all want the team to win so lets get right behind them today chaps, if ever a team needed a win its Southend today. Line up?

will be there and cheering the boys on... also i reckon we should get some "we love you tilly, we do" chants going... sounds like he needs the support and i hope that everyone is supportive today, not moaning or booing (i suppose maher aint playing so that will cut the groans out a bit!)
