Superbad, Knocked up, Pineapple Express & The 40 Year Old Virgin

Anyone else a fan of these flicks?

I was very cynical at first and couldn't be dragged to watch any of them, but have to say 'Knocked up' was a great rom-com, '40 year old virgin' was so much better than the trailers and posters suggested and 'Superbad' is the best comedy film I've seen since Team America. Maybe even 'The Big Lebowski'.

Knowing that the guys involved on them are also going to be heavily behind 'Ghostbuster 3' has made me breathe a little easier...

Superbad - The funniest film I have seen in a long time. I had tears of laughter at the cinema watching this.

Knocked Up - I watched it again the other night. Very funny film. Big fan.

40 Year Old Virgin - Decent film. Going to watch it again tonight.

These types of film are what I prefer to watch so I enjoyed all of them. Looking forward to Pineapple Express as well.

I don't know why Mr Gilbo mentioned Team America, but thats a fantastic film.

Thought the 40 year old virgin was alright, but found the others not even remotely funny. Will check out Pineapple Express regardless as it has got some good reviews

Got a download of that half done Matty, looking forward to seeing it.

Of the other movies mentioned, Superbad is the only one I regard as truly top notch, and I base that entirely on the McLovin character, which never grows old for me.

But my taste in comedies really varies. Don't find Lee Evans funny either, Mighty Boosh, The Office, Little Britain. Just find them boring!

Then you have had a humour by-pass...Lee Evans is funny as hell!!

I saw Step Brothers the other night which was directed by the same bloke that did Superbad and it was funny as hell. Another typical Will Farrell film.

I agree with the Mighty Boosh, I just didn't "get it".

Lee Evans, thats unforgivable. He is hilarious.
