Tinks has set the Questions for this week, but may not be able to attend herself (for obvious reasons)..MK has also set Questions as we did think Tinks may not be upto it this week......I think I will save Tinks questions for now until she returns. Therefore this weeks Quizmaster will be..

Mk and the Topic of the Quiz is Films.

Well mate, for you and those poor unfortunates that haven't joined in yet, let me explain, we all meet up in the chat room. Cricko and McNasty usually put on rather fetching hats of varied hues, guests arrive in various states of intoxification and generally take the **** out of Cricko's scoring abilities and the odd question with multiple answers that hasn't been forseen by the quiz master - whoever that happens to be.

There are lots of arguments over who has answered correctly first, with Cricko manfully insisting that full answers must be posted "ON THE SAME LINE" but being completely unable to recognise - despite being told numerous times - when a question is a bonus.

Glasgow Rich usually manages to make the rest of us look a complete lot of imbeciles with his speed and quality of answers - except when someone manages to predict the answer before the question has been posted. There are various accusations of people cheating by using Google, we have a half time fag or wee break for those that need it, and people take the **** out of Canvey Harry's pooter connection which invariably forcibly ejects him from the chat room.

At the end of it, there are various further hurls of abuse while we await the results which Cricko announces to a fanfare and cacophany of applause (ok, the occasional well done!). Then we congratulate the quiz master and the scorer on jobs well done, and all say goodnight before repairing to the main thread.

Hey, I sweated blood over the questions this week. Well it beat "working for a living!"

All I can say is, if you know me then you'll have a rough idea which films will be included :D .... but I threw a few chick flicks in for the girls and some older questions for H. Oh yeah, some musicals for Gary....

I didn't get the one about what have The Jam and Blackadder got in common...then it came to me....They both lost in important Polls..:D

I will be returning to the quiz world this sunday. So there's your winner people. And I encourage everyone to come along, it's certainly not a clique thing.
