Greeting Shrimpers,
Having enjoyed the article & photos regarding the Return of Sir Fred, I am curious as to how the training access thing works as those attending seemed to be able to observe training without any problem.

Are fans allowed to turn up At Boots & Laces and watch training without incurring the wrath of a bloke in a hi-vis jacket & a clipboard?

What time does training start?

Can you approach the players & get autographs/photos without causing any problems?

Any sensible answers greatly appreciated.

Cheers.

PTBW.

Training usually gets underway around 10:30am ish.

Anyone can watch. Just stay behind the roped off area.

Most players are up for a quick chat/photo etc as they come out/go into the changing rooms.

Can you take photos during training ?

Always thought about going down there but didnt know if they got funny about that.

Yeah, never had any probs with taking photo's. Just stay behind the rope and don't hold the players up for too long with a chat/photo etc and there will be no problems. Prob best to catch them after training finishes for a chat/photo etc.
