Replaced after 36 Days by Colin Lee, that n=must be some record sacked on pre season results. I've seen managers sacked after 3 or 4 games after spending a fortune, but Claridge has had bugger all to spend. The reason Wise went was because the club would not stump up cash for new players.

Looks like it may be a long hard season for The Lions already.

I dunno... they have had a shocking pre-season and i dont think things are too good there.

My gf's brother and dad are both big Millwall fans and were up in arms when he was appointed - apparantly the feeling echo'd throughout the supporters.

Still no excuse to sack someone after a few weeks! Guess the writing was on the wall when the chairman left after a few weeks to!

The sacking also coninsided with a change of personal at the very top of the Club didn't it?

Two wins a draw and the defeat to us according to the BBC.

I don't think all is well behind the scenes though.

That aint right, they lost to Leyton Orient at the New Den just after they lost to us at Roots Hall.

They drew at home Vs Gillingham last night.
