Stambridge United away is our second friendly on the 16th of July. Does anyone know when tickets will go on sale or will it be on the door?

This will be all ticket as I can't see this one being anything but a full house.

Chances are if you're a not a season-ticket holder you won't be getting a ticket.
Club are organising a lottery for season-ticket holders so make sure you get your name down for that if you want a ticket.

It's going to be huge.

Do you know if the tubes will be running?

I'd start with a 4-5-1 or possibly a 4-6-0 formation with the aim of keeping a clean sheet and pushing Stambridge back with some quick counter attacking football.

If we are still in the game with 20 minutes or so left, then we should consider some fresh legs and a more attacking formation - if we lose, we can rightly (and proudly) say that we held them for 70+ minutes, a draw is fabulous - and being able to nick a goal towards the end would be fabtastic .........

....... it's always those last few minutes hanging onto a 1 goal lead that are the worst ....... let's hope the ref doesn't respond to pressure from the Stambridge crowd and add loads of injury time.
