According to here Lars Unger went to SW Bregenz in Austria (who played in the Austrian top flight for a bit) and then Werder Bremen Amateurs in Germany.

Although This site suggests he plays for Brinkumer SV in Germany, and has since passed some coaching qualifications. No idea what league that is though, presume it's somewhere in the Regionalligen...
