It's traditional for the 2nd choice goalkeeper to wear number 13, but I think we've retired the number 13 shirt (we have on Football Manager anyway).

Muller is currently wearing number 13 at the world cup, it hasn't done him any harm. Ballack wore 13 in previous WCs and for Chelsea.

Plenty have !! , most recently was was Caolan Lavery in the the 12/13 season
