Personally I would rather see Francis in than Gilbert. Gower it seems is still recovering, so Tommy Black there.

Broadly agreed but I might be tempted to give Black a starting place after his performance on Tuesday night. Also Francis may be a possibility instead of Gilbert.

Good to see that you're quick to kick Che out of the 16-man squad when he's done little, if anything, wrong so far! That'd be a great confidence boost for the lad.

Flavs
Gilbert P Clarke Barrett Cheese
Bailey Maher Macca Gower
Ginge C-Mac

Subs: L Clarke, Francis, Black, New loanee, Moussa

True but Hunt hasn't been bad either has he?

No he hasn't, but I still don't think he's fully fit, and I don't think that one good, but not brilliant, performance against a weak-ish Watford side on Tuesday night is enough of a reason to cruelly kick Che out in his favour.

In fairness James ..Che has played well so far ..IMO though, Hunt is much faster in that position .

I see where you're coming from, i really do, but I can't se that much difference between them in defensive skills (they're both as guilty as each other of backing off wingers), and whilst Hunt might be faster, from what I've seen so far, Che looks better going forward (overlaps, crosses etc.) Whilst I see what you mean and agree to an extent, I still don't think its fair, nor do i think there's any need, to just drop Che like that. When he puts in a stinker, then it should be considered. But I really think he's done well so far, and you can see that his confidence is coming back. To drop him suddenly just because someone else has become fit and when he's done nothing wrong would kill him mentally.

Che has been fantastic so far this season, probing runs, good crosses and fairly good defending..He keeps his place in my opinion!!

Flavs, Francis, Richards, Barrett, Wilson, Black, Bailey, Macca, Gower, Leon Clarke, McDonald Subs - Collis, Gilbert, Peter Clarke, Moussa, Harrold

Maher i'm assuming isn't 100% so wouldn't chance him.
