Southend's Other Team Have That Winning Feeling Too (x6)

Thorpe Groyney

Open your mind
For anyone who hasn't noticed, Southend Manor have been on an incredible winning streak in the Essex Senior League.

After an uninspiring start to the season, things went from bad to worse a dozen games ago, when they lost 7-1 at Barking.

Since then, 12 wins out of 12, from bottom to second in the table, and leaders Enfield 1893 coming to Southchurch Park Arena this coming Tuesday evening.

That's what you call a proper turnaround!

How'd they got on Tues? I'm good mates with their captain from the last few years, Jason Jay. He's on sabatical in Oz, NZ, Cambodia etc at the moment, but I'm in regular contact with him. It'll be good to wind him about how well they're doing without his influence.

yeh shame they lost 2-0 to enfield, good chance of getting in the top two this season, all the best to manor as they are one of my old clubs and still have a few mates that play their including jason jay when his around.
