Wasn't this guy generally diving, cheating and making a nuisance of himself at Roots Hall this season for Wimbledon? Not sure he's the kind of character we'd want to have around the place. Perhaps that's the way to get out of this league though, we may need to win ugly.

Didnt the manager of Croatia say after the match that the diving etc was all part of the game now, yeah maybe we dont like it and most of the fans all over the world dont either , but hes right sorry to say it is part of the game now.I wonder how many of you would boo a SUFC striker if he dived won us a penalty that we scored from and won us promotion. I reckon most of you would put him up on a pedastal alongside all our heroes.:smile:

perhaps he us putting it out there so the lad can see it for himself. It must make you feel good to see that another club has gone on record as saying they want you. It could our us in the driving seat with player and more importantly the manager

I remember the penalty converted by Eastwood well- but no way a dive. He tried to stay on his feet and the goal keeper took his back leg- in those days they weren't so good at diving..
