Scriv, or "Mr Vague", any chance you could provide more information on the Southend United Ladies team? I assume it's you who has composed the nice little piece about their possible promotion, but .. promotion from where?! Could you qualify the article a little bit more? Maybe sticking something like "this leaves Southend's final game of the season against Safron Waldon (sic)*as a fight between the two for both second place and promotion in the Essex County Ladies Division Two" or something? Come on, Scriv, let's see a bit more professionalism ...

Good point actually Matt. Wasn't going to comment but I was wondering:

a) whether we actually had a women's team? (presumably yes)
b) what league they are in? (relative to the nationals)
c) why the hell they were wearing red at home? (surely there isn't a kit rotation system.)
 
Must say very suprised the team haven't been exposed (ooer) much. If they are near promotion, where/ whens the game being played?

I didn't write it - we have one of their players on work experience here at the moment and she asked if she could put something together for the web. i'll try and get more info.
