Not so much a conference football team, although at the minute.. that's debatable.
But seriously, it's embarrassing. Wonder how these standards of services will adapt to that mythical new stadium. Tin Pot club sometimes.. all off field antics are poor, very very poor.

the club or the fans?
To be honest, southend has always been a shambles.. and looks like nothing will ever ever ever change..

This is a first CS J, but I totally agree with you!!

The club has come on leaps and bounds on the pitch, yet seems to be struggling to adapt off it. New ticketing systems have been added, yet the level of service to the humble fan is equally as poor, if not worse than three years ago.
 
No more of these kind of pointless, repetitive sniping threads please J
