The Annual Football Programme Directory "Programme of the Year" Awards have just been announced.

All 92 League clubs were invited to take part and 78 did. Southend United came 3rd in the Division Two awards behind Cheltenham and Bristol Rovers.

Aston Villa won the Programme of the Year award and Southend United were in the top 20, behind -

I think it's improved a lot this year, definitely the best one I've read. Got the Cheltenham one last week, it was OK better than the appaling offerings from Rushden and Wycombe.
