Southend Fantasy League: Trial Week 07/03/2009

Teams of people who want to join in the trial week should be posted up in this thread before midday on Saturday 07/03/2009. 9 players in the starting XI and all 5 subs must currently play for Southend but 2 other players can be chosen from a different League 1 team. There must also be 5 subs which will score half points. The formation must be 4-4-2 for the trial week. All points for players will be gained using the iFooty application which details, scorers, yellow cards, red cards, assists and results. This is a trial week, a table will be posted up on Sunday night and depending on how successful this is, there will probably be a proper version for the beginning of the 2009-10 season, with a more detailed transfer system.

i notice some people have put howard as a winger,so in effect playing a 433,as its only a trial it doesnt matter,but in hindsight i could have put laurent theo and barney all as midfielders or defenders and put an extra 2 strikers in.(this create's a higher score because these players(strikers) are more likely to get higher points),this must be look at if the real thing does get created.it worked well though well done.

Yeah I was in a bit of a rush this afternoon but obviously I will be checking that each player is in the correct position, etc. I may organise another trial week soon looking at problems like this, thanks Hindle well done, you were unlucky you chose Beckford on the 1 weekend he doesn't score!!
