For those who said they didn't think the 1st was really deserving of a red, I think this shows how definite it was. Look at where his arm/elbow are.

Just watched the highlights. Still not entirely convinced that the first red was warranted. Some referees would have given a yellow for it. Clifford's red was a definite; if you go in with two feet there is only going to be one outcome. Bizarre goalkeeping for the second goal!

I was sat in line with the keepers error, he took it a yard over the line, but, on tv replays its looks like he doesn't!

Agree with this (after seeing the BP highlights).Looked like Corr could have claimed the third if he'd wanted, too.

I see things exactly this way as well.

Diving in like that so soon after arguably a controversial red for them was madness, especially as the ref was no doubt looking for a chance to even things up. I love the bite Clifford gives us in midfield but he needs to start using his head a bit more otherwise I fear he'll see red a few more times before the season is out.

just watched the video for the Hurst goal, really impressed with the passing. some slick movement and although a nasty deflection, was well worth the goal.

The linesman couldnt have been more certain - flagging like a devil immediately. Definite goal

That's exactly what I thought. I thought the ball had crossed the line and immediately looked the lino. I was surprised it was given because I was surprised a 'keeper would make such a basic error, and because I didn't think the lino would be alert enough.
