Thought I'd point out some refreshing points for those that are still hyped up from earlier on today.

Point 1 : We have Hartlepool next week, at home with a few exciting signings making their home debuts.....

Point 2 : The weather is due to be bright and sunny for the up and coming week cue good moods and people smiling that much more. :)

Point 3 : While I'm slaying away at work tomorrow most of you will no doubt crawl out of bed at 10ish or 11ish to the sound of birds cheaping and bacon frying.

Feel free to add some more points of why everyone should feel a little bit more happier today and tomorrow, lord knows after everything that's happened today we need some...

Thought our new guy at the back looked pretty good defensively and laid off some nice passes - he also seemed vey confident and had time on the ball aided by his size - yes we signed someone over six foot !

There's a few other happy thoughts for you to share on the bright side thread - btw the kebab still hasn't got me ;)

I shall cheer myself up by imagining that the slaying involves Danny McDermid, and at my age it is good to know that there are still cheap birds out there.

:)

At last in Barny we have a poacher who will get his foot in where it matters and score goals. In Revell we have a guy who will stick he's head in where others fear to tread. Forget about his miss yesterday I promise you he will score far harder headers than that in the months to come, just look at his goals for Brighton on their offical site and enjoy. The world is bright...the world is turning from orange to blue.

Yeah I'd echo the Barny and Revell plusses, thought they gelled well yesterday, looks a promising partnership so far.

WET SHAM GOT BEATEN AND COL EWE are bottom.

Cricko being their best customer.

Yes Harry I buy the Designer suits from there and sell them to the Main Stores on Canvey ...Help the aged etc, so you can purchase a better suit for work rather than your Asda one ..:p

I am far to kind...

Thank you for being my benefactor John.;) :p

But my Asda whistle will suffice for a year or two yet.

I give thanks every Sunday evening as I know it won't be long until I am reunited in the office for a week oncemore with my 20 year old Southend United mug. It's the only Southend one (I broke all the Ipsh*te ones).
