Snow? In April!?!

Woke up this morning around 9ish and it had just started to snow here in Eastbourne. Come 1pm, There was around 4 inches of the white stuff settled... Absolutely amazing. There's literally no traffic on the roads on the count of it being far too treacherous and we can't open the door of our shed where the Freezer is...

I think the biggest surprise about this whole snow in April thing is that Xabia Shrimper's not yet popped up telling us it's 45 degrees in the shade where he is.

According to BBC Weather it's only 80 Farenheit with light showers today.

A mate of mine working in Surrey as a builder actually managed to get sunburnt and then less than 72 hours later is working in a good few inches of snow, bit of a turn around!

Thankfully it didn't settle here - at least not on the roads. It was long gone by 3pm

May beloved (who also lives in Eastbourne) has been texting me and saying how much shes enjoying the snow :( sob sob . So not fair !!
