Oooooooh, a story about now it's March we start playing with white footballs again and an analysis of our record with the fluoro yellow one, I cannot contain my excitement.

Lucky the FLP websites are down for maintenance from 6pm tonight otherwise I think ours would go into meltdown with such huge stories!

On a more positive note, there is another article on the new club shop expanding their range of goods. Now, I know not everyone plays golf (I do btw), but after literally years of getting deserved stick, it's good to see that the shop is being run properly, and that there are items to buy.

Long may it continue - and hope that Geoff King decides to franchise out the food outlets as well, so that the standard is raised, and so that people like myself would buy their lunch/dinner at Roots Hall rather than take their money elsewhere...

Hmmm... so if we're P20 W8 D7 L5 with the yellow ball, that means we're P15 W10 D3 L2 with the white ball.

So that's 31 points at 1.55 points per game with the yellow ball, and 33 points at 2.2 points per game with the white ball!

Our record of doing worse with the yellow ball than the white ball (a very common complaint during the barren years under Chipmunk / Little / Buzz) still persists today!

However, if we're still on top with the white ball coming back, that's surely good news, isn't it...?!

so matt usin that with 11 games to go how many points would we rake up using the white ball now? how many ould we of got just using the white ball? what will everyone else get and who will get promotion?

24 points (7 wins, 3 draws and a defeat), which should be enough to secure us automatic promotion...
