Sky

Moody Blues

Ultra Slimline Filter
A mate of mine is on Sky. She as the full package, Sky TV, Broadband and her landline. Now she as been ill recently and spent some time in hospital. Now when she was in hospital Sky are saying they sent a request to her for a 3rd company to take over her landline on the 10th Sept. For some reason Sky gave this company permission to take over her landline. On 3rd Oct Sky are saying the company sent back saying that see deactived her phone line.

Now the thing is, she as only just returned home today and Sky are demanding £120 to reactiveate her line. Sky also won't say how they sent the request. To me seems a bit dodgy. They also won't tell her which company took over the phone line

Is anyone else with Sky and have they been contacted by them about changing phone lines?

Can anyone help?

it sounds like she has been "slammed" where another company take over your phone line with out your consent.

http://www.otelo.org.uk/ check this lot out. i deal with them a lot for work, should be able to help.
