What happened to the other thread with the next installment in? Have just drafted a response:
I think Martin's views on Alan McCormack are a little prejudiced in this report. Strangely the majority of supporters on Southend's biggest fan forum ShrimperZone, thought he had a decent bordering on a good performance against Huddersfield. Certainly the Huddersfield fans thought he did. Many Southend supporters have actually commented it was good to see Macca back to his best so I really think this is an unfair critique. Macca is one of those love him or hate him players, and as Martin well knows, he and I are on rather opposite sides of the divide here. I will just remind him though that it was Macca who set Moussa up for his goal; Macca who had two shots from distance and a header off the crossbar - not bad for a headless chicken!
