Dads friend told my dad at the game today that Southend will be signing 3 new players this week.

Unfortunately he said he didn't know any more.

A LB, Winger and Striker I should imagine?

I think we'll be offloading Foran and The Ginger Bomb squad before we sign another striker, but i do think we need one possibly 2 more.

If Barney is going to be a bit injury prone.

...with pleasure. I must say, I am particularly confident that the funds generated by the sale of Hooper will easily afford us the luxury of covering Barry's £80,000 a week salary (for almost two weeks).
