Shrimperzone Online Poker Tournament

It's been set up.... Tuesday 28th June at 8pm

Had a couple of people ask for the password to register. Can't see any reason why I can't put it on here.
The password is SUFC

To play you need to register at Ladbrokes, download the software, click on the "Private" tab in the poker lobby, search for the tournament called "Shrimperzone" and enter the SUFC password when requested.

The cost to enter is $5.50 (about £3). $5 goes into the prize kitty with the other $0.50 going to Laddie's.

The prize pool is split up as follows:
1st place 50% of kitty (me hopefully!!!)
2nd place 30% of kitty
3rd place 20% of kitty

So far only myself (Ladbrokes user name Steve_Mason) and ph437 have registered. There are 50 places, they don't all need to be filled but the more the merrier! If you are interested please register or show your interest here so we can have an idea of how many will be playin on the night.

Also please leave your Ladbrokes user name here.

If you don't like to play you can still download the software for free and watch/chat at the table(s).

Was gonna do a higher staked game if there was more interest. Guess will have to see how many register tonight.

The game starts at 8pm, once its started you can't join in half way through. Sayin that if there are only a few of us it could be over quite quick. In that case I'll set up another game so you may be able to play even if you are late.

I am going to try and make this, however maybe slightly difficult with an 8pm start. I won't be in from work till around 7.30 and have to download ladbrokes software as currently play on 888.com too.

I think maybe a 9pm start as it gives people who work in London a good chance to get in from work then. Get some dinner and put the kids to bed also!

Maybe to generate a little interest stick a temporary 2 hour thread on main board as people may not see it here. I'll move/delete it as soon as the tournament starts.

Ideally 8 man touraments are a good number, but if one or two can make it now then it'll be excellent.  I think its a thing that needs to build up over time!
