Near the end of the year, so time for the 'Album of the Year' thread.

Nominations please...once we've got a few clear runners, I'll set up a poll. The winning act will receive their award at a star-studded black-tie bash held in the Spread and hosted by Cat Deeley and Ken.*

I shall kick off with 'Tired of Hanging Around' by The Zutons.

The Kooks and the Arctic Monkeys both released albums on Jan 23rd this year (thanks Wikipedia) so you're ok there
