Shrimpers or Shrimps

Another Shrimps v Shrimpers discussion erupts today....I am now questioning my Shrimperality...should I be a Shrimp or a Shrimper?

If the club are the Shrimpers, should I be a Shrimp as I have been "netted" by the mighty Shrimpers?.. would I only be a Shrimper if I was representing the club? - do I have too much time on my hands?

We catch and cook the unfortunate crustaceans whereas morecambe seem happy to be the aforementioned crustaceans. Therefore we are the predator (clearly superior) and they are the prey.

As per my previous post. All 'Shrimps' & 'Shrimp' should change their user names to 'Shrimper' with immediate effect.

Also anyone with 'Blues' or 'Blue' in their user name should also change it straight away as you are all supporters of all the other clubs with the nickname 'The Blues'. Just like I am a supporter of Morcambe because I am a Shrimp.

By the way, nobody will ever believe that you've ever been to Morecambe if you can't spell it. Horrible place anyway, you're not missing much.

So should we all be Shrimpers as per the clubs old nickname? There are quite a few Shrimp's registered. Matt shouldn't be a Shrimp but a Shrimper and so on?

You are correct I don't think I have ever been to Morecambe maybe we will draw them away in the FA Cup third round next season
