Echo News Shrimpers legend Benjamin suggests where current crop can improve

I'm not having a 'pop' at our current strikers, but when all fit we have Waldron, Pepple, Bonne & Walker to choose from?. Unless we can unravel a Freddie Eastwood type of player from somewhere (?), i simply cannot envisage any of the 4 mentioned regularly scoring the goals we will need this season.
Possibly many will believe Walker & Pepple are the best 2 to form a partnership, who knows?.
As for Waldron , i may be wrong but i think he signed a 18 month contract when he joined?. If so then that will expire at the end of the season, so he definitely needs to hit the ground running when hes fit & earn himself another contract?.

That promotion season was my favourite ever as a fan and most of that squad (particularly the midfield) i’d take over the second time we achieved the double promotion, which is saying something because that second squad was simply fantastic.
