Those of us who reside at the Crane were chuffed to hear of Groyne's acceptance of an offer from Sunday national paper 'Football First' to keep an irreverent eye on the happenings at Roots Hall.

Though no longer online, I'm sure it's good cause to say 'Well done' to Dave and to wish him all the best. If his critique of our game with Swansea is anything to go by, we're in for a treat or 6!

Well done. I did that a couple of seasons ago on behalf of ShrimperZone ... they tended to leave us out a lot though ... and use the old Jobson crest ...

I did a couple of match reports for them in 2001 then heard nothing! I didn't think I was that bad! Oh and I got paid!
