Should Dave the Shrimper clean up his act?

Simple really - Dave has recently stated that following criticism of the discussions he has started on this board ("How much would you charge to bang a rough bird?" etc etc) he now believes he needs to stick to more traditional subjects. Do you agree? Should Dave change his style of posts completely and drop the filth?

It's no more or no less than you here down my local (The Oakwood) on a Saturday night and has given me many a good laugh as well as brought back some rather horrendous memories I had consigned to that part of the memory that rarely gets visited.......but thats by the by

I can't believe that this is even up for discussion. Dave's one of the stars of ShrimperZone.

Dave's contributions to this section of the website have ensured that I always click 'pub' before I click 'SZ Chat'.

This section of ShrimperZone is consistently compelling because of people like DtS, people who are prepared to lay their opinions on the line in an effort to create a bit of discussion.

It's a pub section for a reason, isn't it? You don't always agree with everyone in the pub, sometimes you don't even like everyone.

Shrimperzone is special because, by and large, the posters have respect for each other.

We can't have magnificently hypnotic avatars of Kylie's arse and then complain that we're being too smutty in our discussions. The door must swing both ways.

I implore Dave to end this period of self-censorship, to step back in from the cold, to lift us with visions of decadence, to outrage us with his refusal to ever describe a woman as 'too ugly'. To truly be DtS, he must be free.
