Far too late in the day, this should have been dealt with at the time, as Rich says by people with the guts to do it.
This will run for a while yet as the Spammers are bound to appeal this verdict. As has been pointed out earlier if they had been deducted points at the time then this would not be happening some 16 months on.
It was said on the radio that they can't appeal it and they just have to pay up.
They can't appeal in the same way that Leeds couldn't appeal last season.
Out of interest, can anyone tell me exactly what West Ham did so wrong that Liverpool and Manchester United (who are loaning Mascherano & Tevez from a third party company) have been doing so right ever since?
