yes because southend apparently did not like the old system but I for one liked the fact you could pick your seat the current system is sh!te!
 
Discussed on here to death, but the old system was far superior to what we have now. Sadly havent booked online since the swap.
 
Tottenham still use 'Seatbooker' seems to work fine for them.

Quite a few football clubs use our new one Tickets.com and I have yet to see one which offers the option to choose seats. We were promised the option to be able to choose seats but it will never be possible.

If the new system is so great how come on Saturday 3 tickets were issued for the same seat?

And did all 3 get counted on the once again 'low' capacity official crowd figure of 11,389 we had 11,735 against Yeovil last season. Why do we not not add comp tickets onto the official crowd?

You can choose you're seats if you're buying from the ticket office, but that facility doesn't appear to work online.
