Anyone else had problems with renewing their season ticket?

I arranged to pay for mine by direct debit, but the club have messed up and sold my seat to someone else! I'm still waiting to see what they are going to do about it.

Ive only been sitting in the same seat for 10 odd years (been a season ticket holder for over 25 ),

Perhaps they didn't realise it was taken... Muppets. :darkcloud:
