The OS is not working so they couldn't put up the ticket details..

I feel sorry for those of you who were waiting for news...

Thanks for confirming, I've been on hold since 10am this morning, I was 329 in the queue and am currently number 29.

I checked the website this morning and it said, "don't call the ticket office", wait for the announcement.

Theres something wrong with their system, I found it easier to ring using two phones, one of them seemed to go down the queue faster than the other.
