Season cards?

I thought we were to get new season cards this coming season.

Has anybody received theres or enquired about this?

I know quite a few people who were not resigning up , but i decided begrudgingly to have another go.

I wonder how many down on last year we are numbers wise?

a few weeks ago we had sold 3,000 season cards and they said we would be getting new ones in july but havnt heard jack about it yet.

I decide to take the offer of the discount season card they said i would recieve it mid july

They can't just issue you with any old card. These things are made of polyurosomething(plastic), and that costs money. Printing and special strip, You can see the problem.
Southends got a terrible reputation now. They all want cash up front.

Don't you keep the old cards and then fail to get through the turnstyles for the first 5 games of the season as they don't work?

The rule of thumb with S.U.F.C. nowadays is, whatever date they give you for anything, always add a year, or if lucky, just a month.

Sounds about right

Are they still going to use that silly card system in the west next year . That is a **** take.

I thought we had nearly 5000 seasos last year so if we only have 3000 next season that is a huge loss of fan base.

Im sure i heard/read somewhere that we had sold 4000+ for this coming season, either way after the time we have had recently its a miracle we have sold any. Col u i believe have only sold 1200 odd. Imagine how many that would get in , in our position.

I was hoping not to see sub 5000 crowds but on a cold december against northern no marks this will be severly tested.

When I was at MTBD today, I asked when are the season tickets being sent out, and was told "Should be at the end of July".
