SEASON CARDS

[FLAVIA]

I know we have a whole new lot of sth this season - welcome!
Not wishing to be funny - so dont take this the wrong way! The season cards are scanned by holding them in front of the screen on the turnstile. Please dont put them in the orange slot - that is for tickets only. Last season I saw a few fans trying to post the card in the slot - causing all sorts of problems and of course delays! As I say information for those not used to season cards - hope it helps and avoids any delays at turnstiles.

Cheers for that, Flavia. As a new STH myself this season I was wondering how the cards worked on the turnstiles.

A fair point, I was bemused when I was unable to get my friendly ticket to scan the other week. The turnstile operator laughed at me and said I was clearly a seasonticket holder.

bearing that in mind is there any need to take your wallet out of your pocket at all ?

The signal is weak so it does need to go close to the display, best just whack your wallet against it

Obviously the side of the wallet that card is in.

I tried that last season but it never worked
