Season Card Update

Hi all, I know that new season cards have been discussed, but obviously those requiring new season cards would have been done it batches, so I am only wanting to know about those who are NOT new season ticket holders, but are those who are moving seat, and so therefore require a new card.

Have you received yours yet???

thats me. phoned them during week, told me i was supposed to give old card back for them to issue me a new one. i did ask why i wasnt told this when i paid for it over the phone... no answer given.

suggest you calll them.

i couldnt get to the ticket office, so i gave the card to shrimperapes last night (she works in club shop) she told me this morning she has my new card.

Got my new card for our new seats a week or so back.

Didn't know anything about giving in your old cards, I went into the shop last Sunday and they just said they will be sending them out in the week nothing about giving in the old ones. Looks like a trip to the office for me next week, you would of thought having my email, phone number and address some sort of communication to me could of been made. Perhaps they are crossing the names out and recycling them to there new owners as there seems to be a few complaints about the state of the ones people have received.
 
Nope, not got mine atm, may have to make a trip up the the box office if it doesnt arrive in the next few days!

I'm guessing this could be the reason why I haven't received my new cards (I've moved seat). I'm struggling to work out the logic behind it though.
 
I've moved seat and not got mine yet either. I went to the ticket office to swap seats and they never asked for the old one back at the time.

If I've not received it by Wednesday, I'll call them. Bet it doesn't work anyway!
 
Went down there this morning to to get my two season cards and yes you do seem to have to give your old ones over before they will give you your new ones. They printed them out while I waited, only took a couple of minutes, apparently we should have been told about giving back our old ones when we paid up. What bothers me is when were they going to contact us about this. This only applies to people who have CHANGED THERE SEATS anyone else should continue to use there old cards. I hope this is of some help, I'm just glad I've got mine in my pocket ready for the weekend (just hope they work)
