This refwatch is going to be brief because:
a) it's probably not going to happen
b) there's not much to say about him
Graham Scott from Abingdon in Oxfordshire is a second year referee who has only refereed Southend once before on a comparatively balmy September evening when we went out of the JPT at home to Orient last season.
He's had couple of Championship matches this season and is averaging an average 3 yellows a game (51 from 17 matches). Four reds also in those matches.
Assistants are Matt Foley from London and regular visitor Rob Whitton from Chelmsford. Fourth official Phil Knight from Kent.
Expect a local referee (perhaps Fred Graham) to call it off some time tomorrow.
