I asked the question at work if food is healthier for you if its hot or cold?
My collegue says it wont make a difference?
Is he right??
For example, if i had just cooked a chicken, and ate it hot, is that healthier or less healthy than if i let it cool down, stick it in the fridge, and have it the next day? or no difference?
