Rugby World Cup (again)

Why are the likes of New Zealand, Fiji, Samoa and Tonga allowed to do their tribal wardances/challenges before games? Surely this is one rule for one, and one rule for the other. Personally, I think opponents should walk off the pitch and allow them to get on with it on their own, and re-join the pitch when they have finished their little jolly.

What about NZ vs. Samoa/Tonga/Fiji - would there be time to play the game after both teams have done their haka-cokey?
