Rover bosses took £42m from firm

Aberdeen Shrimper

The Man who sold the world
So........

You and a few mates buy a company for £10 with all the best intentions in the world to revitalize it (Honest Guv).

You then walk away 5 years later with 42 Million between you and leave the company dead in the water, with 6,500 people out of work.

And the best bit is it has cost us Tax Payers 16 Million to find out this wonderful news.

Don't you just love this country!!!!

Sounds just like what John Delorean did.

The way I see it, if you're gonna run a car manufacturer into the ground, why not do it with some style?

I'm not sure John Delorean actually pocketed any cash though and he was entrapped by the FBI in an attempt to save the company.

No social consequence , now this should not be used as a pop at capitalism or a rallying point for socialism to return in its red glory (sorry Lord Football) just an example of idiots and you shouldn't always defer to smooth talking people in suits.
