Dexter or Homocide: Life on the Street?

There is only one choice. Homocide was ground breaking and original and carried every bit as much influence as Hill Street Blues when it came to anything that followed. The Wire has its roots firmly embedded in the fertile soil of H-LOTS. I rest my case.
 
Looks like I've lost Dexter for the second time having been my original nomination.....What's going on UL? Ricey was "24"?
 
I'd be surprised if Dexter lost out on this relatively straight forward challenge.

Fantastic storyline every season and totally captivating. Not one season leaves you short changed in terms of shocks and twists. Brilliantly gory and graphic.

This show should at least be top 8, anything less would be a travesty.

Dexter is one of my favourite series of all time. Every series has been strong except probably S3.
